Our group motto this week speaks volumes when we simply adopt gratitude and A want in the same mindset before practice.

Passion and education 🙏

If there is one thing for sure it’s this industry and my health club I’ve been at for well over a decade is my happy place.

Bring on the remainder of 2020.
It has been a wonderful learning experience this past few months working with my tram mentally through what has been one hell of a challenge for all.

It's now time to add the physical to that resilience that’s been subconsciously built in these tough times and push play ▶️

Thanks for getting involved in my virtual space it’s been a blast but for now, it’s time to get ready to head back inside.

I always ask our crew to Bottle these wonderful seconds post movement as they are our reward and feel good for YOU.
